I blog about as often as I pluck my eyebrows! Blogging and plucking eyebrows are both optional in my world...and with so many other activities it gets put on the back burner. I do think about both activities and then say...maybe during the summer or over a break. So here it is...SUMMER!!! WooHoo! I am happy to have a break from the 5am alarm clock, the rush of the day, the physical and emotional exhaustion from being a teacher, a mom, and a wife. Now I can focus on being a mom and a wife (and maybe even a friend!)
TWO WHOLE MONTHS to waste away and fill with nothing but fun activities! Yahoo!

These are the times to remember...they will not last forever

Beginning Dec. 1, Jonas really enjoyed opening 1 door every day and sometimes finding a Hershey's kiss! After Christmas I was cleaning up all the Christmas stuff and had the advent calendar on the table. On this particular day, Jonas was eating his banana while I cleaned up in the bedroom. I hear, "Mama, LOOK!" This is what I came to find... he was so proud to show me! Ha! Ha!

The cold and the crazy

We woke up to a little bit of snow on Saturday morning! Jonas thought it looked "nice". By the time I got everyone bundled up to go play in it - all the snow had melted. The snow pictures were taken with my head sticking out the door! :)

So I usually let the water out of the tub when I get the kids out...but tonight for whatever reason I forgot and as I was putting Emma Grace down for bed - Jonas decided to get back in the "bat" with his diaper and jammies on! He is striking a pose!
I knew I could either be mad and frustrated or shake my head, laugh and take a picture (or 2)...
